Our accommodation "Elpidas House" is situated at the centre of Parga, only at five minute walk from the town beach.

It is a family business that has worked in the tourism industry for the past 10 years.

During the last two years through after undergoing extensive renovation, both on the inside and the outside, "Elpidas House" has upgraded the level of the services provided concerning accommodation.

More specifically, there are 13 rooms on the ground floor and first floor, each with a private bathroom, hair dryer facilities, a kitchenette, A/C, a safe and separate balconies. The rooms have been fully renovated and furnished throughout with wood.

On the third floor, which has just been built is a spacious apartment and two independent studios.

The apartment with an exceptional aesthetic has two bedrooms, a twin and a double, a large open plan kitchen and living area, an impressive bathroom with hair dryer facilities and a safe.

These accommodation are air conditioned too, and they are the most impressive of the complex due to the marvelous view one can enjoy from the spacious individual balconies.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that there is a car park nearby at only 50 m from the complex, at no extra charge.

Gli Elpidas's studios sono situati al centro di Parga, a soli 5 minuti di cammino dal paese.

È un'attività familiare operante nel settore del turismo già da 10 anni.

Durante gli ultimi due anni attraverso un vasto rinnovamento, sia sulla parte interna che in quella esterna, "Elpidas House" ha aggiornato il livello dei servizi forniti riguardo alla ricettività.

Più specificamente, ci sono 13 stanze sul pianterreno e sul primo piano, ciascuna con un bagno privato, un fon, un cucinino, aria condizionata, una cassaforte e balconi separati.

Le stanze sono state completamente rinnovate ed abbellite con legno.

Sul terzo piano, realizzato recentemente, si trova un appartamento spazioso e due studios indipendenti.

L'appartamento con un' estetica eccezionale è composto da due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una doppia, una grande cucina, un soggiorno, una stanza da bagno con fon e una cassaforte.

Gli studios sono costituiti ciascuno da una camera da letto matrimoniale, da un bagno con fon e dispongono di una cassaforte.

Anche in queste sistemazioni è presente un sistema per il condizionamento dell'aria e sono le più accattivanti del complesso grazie alla vista meravigliosa di cui si può godere dagli spaziosi balconi.

E' presente anche un parcheggio distante soli 50 m dal complesso utilizzabile senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva.
