Filoxenia Studios "Filoxenia Iviscos and Filoxenia Boukavilia'' are situated in Anthoussa and stand 500 m apart.
Anthoussa, full of green areas, with lots of springs, old watermills and famous for the castle of Ali-pasha and the wide variety of flowers found in the area, is a very small village with only 600 inhabitants.

In Anthoussa there are tavernas, a mini-market, a bakery, a butcher's, cafès...
Filoxenia Studios are 3 km far from the centre of Parga and 2,5 km from the most popular beach, Valtos beach. However, there are other smaller, cleaner and less crowded beaches nearby.
Filoxenia Studios situated in a quiet area full of olive groves and lemon trees overlook the Ionian Sea, the town of Parga as well as Valtos beach.

The apartments/studios can accommodate 2 to 6 people as some of them have one and
others two bedrooms.They all have a fully-equipped kitchen,a bathroom, a sitting-room and large balconies with great view.
Bed-linen and towels are changed every 4 days and the apartments and studios are cleaned every 2 days.
In Filoxenia Studios there is a large car park and a garden.Nearby, there is the municipal basketball court and a playground.
