The beaches of Parga are not only numerous but also very beautiful, so most of the times the visitor has the dilemma of which one to visit.
The transparent water is their common element and the usual beauty always attracts the guests. The guest can start from the beach which is in the center of Parga (Krioneri Beach) and then visit Valtos, Lichnos and Sarachinico (2, 4, 8 km away from Parga accordingly).
There are also ideal remoted beaches along the coastline of parga (which one can only visit by boat).
Small, picturesque and sandy beaches can satisfy even the most demanding visitor. What the visitor needs to discover them, is a boat and plenty of time. Enjoy the relaxing ride.
 Valtos
It's the biggest beach of Parga. The view that the visitor can enjoy at Valtos is really unique: high on the left there is the imposing castle which seems to rule the bay. On the right, looking at the sea it is possible to admire the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos which are reachable by small boats. During the summer this service is given every day.
Lychnos
It is the second longest beach of Parga. Along the descent, which leeds to the beach, the visitor can enjoy the amazing green and finally the crystal clear. The beach is partly sandy and partly pebbly. During the day (such as in Valtos) one can take water-skiing lessons, ride a jet-ski or enjoy oneself with the famous bananas and rings.
One should also visit the wonderful cave of Lychnos (Aphrodite's cave) either.
Sarachinico
The road to Sarachiniko is not the best one can drive, because it is full of slopes and bends. The visitor is rewarded for the difficulty to reach the beach by the enchanting beauty of the place. The beach again is partly sandy and partly pebbly and the water is transparent.
A beautifully organized beach, which kindly offers you a welcome feeling of relaxation.
